Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

nothing

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

everything

Verbesserungsvorschläge

nope, wouldn't change a thing. Not everyone who has the money has the capability of being a (good) manager.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Horrible. Colleagues are fine and cooperation between them is usually good but the manager makes everything very difficult. Super micromanagement on every little topic.

Kommunikation

worse than nonexistent. again mostly because of the manager. not listening and imposing views/ideas on people - even though the claim is to 'listen to everybody...' Also, if you want to be yelled at, this is the place for you. Even in emails, you get the mail in CAPS from the manager.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

All good. people who work here are actually quite nice.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Horrible. The manager has the emotional level of a teenager, and not a decent one. does not listen, yells at people unrightfully, and picks up on them for any little detail. it's like being in a toxic relationship which actually applies when you try to leave. What'll get as a response it actually like breaking up from a toxic partner. more picking up, more yelling etc.

Also a big lier, who said once that he would be fair with the salary and I would figure out if he is fair or not so he would pull anything of. but guess what???

Interessante Aufgaben

it's ok.

Gleichberechtigung

If you are outside of Germany, you will learn much less than your equals or even 'junior'. you will hear how unimportant the money is a lot but come on, don't fall for that :)

Arbeitsbedingungen

nice office but there is a tyrant running that

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

horrible... benefits are nonexistent and the salary is just a joke for the industry standards. and there is the discrimination toward 'immigrants'

Image

not represented very well with a manager who never shuts up

Karriere/Weiterbildung

you get to learn some things if you are lucky. but you will most likely learn what bullying looks like and how to deal with it (hopefully)
