Great workplace and Amazing people, right in the center of Munich

Most of the issues are being addressed regularly and in quite a few cases even decided upon voting. It allows people in the company to influence their work life.
We have lots of different benefits in here like help with relocation, refund for city communication tickets, elastic working hours, fruit baskets, massages, company lunches or even help with personal issues if requested.
Additionally it is improtant to mention that people are not only being hired by their hard abilities but also their charisma, openness, friendliness and eagerness to learn. This creates a very warm and comfortable working space without unnecessary rat race.

There is nothing specifically bad about the company. As every place it has its ups and downs, but did not find anything that would make me have negative thoughts About the place.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Considering current Position of the Company and its workflow, there is not much to improve, except for going more digital. This may be a good Question for the future though.
