My personal opinion about European Games Group is that it is an unreliable company with disrespectful management style, where there are a lot of gossip behind people's back (often initiated by the management), dubious supervisors and very low salaries.
People get hired and fired every month, employees fluctuation is amazingly high.
There is a long and exaggerated recruiting process and even though you managed to get through it, the company can change your mind and fire you after few days.
The management very often do not actually see what is happening in the company and have no clue how employees communicate between each other.
Speaking up and trying to change something is not easy, since most of the colleagues are afraid to say something or just simply don't care anymore.
Company is focused on micromanagement, even on Fridays at 5 oclock, you will have a meeting which is completely useless, where basically one person explains problems and life.
As already mentioned salaries are very low and company is sometimes trying to cut out also the bonus for very dubious reasons.
