erst einmal vielen lieben Dank für dein offenes Feedback, denn daraus können wir lernen.
Es tut uns sehr leid, dass du diesen Eindruck gewonnen hast. In der Regel bekommen wir anderes Feedback dazu. Leider kann es mal vorkommen, dass man einen schlechten Tag hat - das sollte allerdings keinen Einfluss auf das Gespräch nehmen. Gerne nehmen wir das Feedback mit und geben es an die Interviewteilnehmer weiter.
Wir legen viel Wert auf eine faire Gehaltsstruktur und vergleichen uns dabei bewusst mit anderen Start Ups (Benchmark) in ähnlicher Größe.
