At first skeptical of start-ups, everskill managed to convince me of the opposite. Great people, great team environment, great spirit.
Good image in the e-Learning sector. DAX30 and other multinational companies as clients.
Biweekly team events, monthly team trainings and more represent that everskill is more than just work.
What counts are experiences and I gathered great experiences, both professional and social ones. Definitely a great step for my career.
Salary was okay for a working student in Munich. Probably at the lower spectrum of my social contacts though.
Management is as likable as the rest of the team. I had very little touching points with them, however (which changed for a short period of time after requesting more interaction with management).
Great team environment as mentioned earlier with too little space however. Meeting rooms often were occupied although booked by someone else. Shouldn't be a huge issue to fix but I witnessed it for the whole five months of my employment.
Weekly team meeting and other frequent event ensure communication in a macro aspect. Micro communication in terms of department communication, planning and such has room for improvement (quantity of communication was lacking).
My tasks were rather monotonous in the end but everskill put effort into ensuring that I can work creatively as well.
Man hat sehr viel Gestaltungsspielraum und kann aktiv das Produkt mit gestalten. Außerdem habe ich noch nie ein cooleres Büro eines 4 Monate alten Startups gesehen :-)
Die Leistungen am Tischkicker sind aktuell noch sehr dürftig. Hier müssen die Mitarbeiter besser geschult und unterstützt werden.
Für ein so junges Startup ein sehr faires Gehalt. Die Differenz zum Münchner Autobauer wird um ein Vielfaches durch Entwicklungspotential und Einfluss der eigenen Arbeit wett gemacht!
