Mainly the job I did, cold calling, felt like you weren’t part of the team anymore, boring and I started to feel stuck.

What I like about the employer

- increase interactions between management and interns / working students

At first skeptical of start-ups, everskill managed to convince me of the opposite. Great people, great team environment, great spirit.

Good image in the e-Learning sector. DAX30 and other multinational companies as clients.
Work-Life Balance
Biweekly team events, monthly team trainings and more represent that everskill is more than just work.
Career/Professional development
What counts are experiences and I gathered great experiences, both professional and social ones. Definitely a great step for my career.
Salary/Social benefits
Salary was okay for a working student in Munich. Probably at the lower spectrum of my social contacts though.
Leadership behavior
Management is as likable as the rest of the team. I had very little touching points with them, however (which changed for a short period of time after requesting more interaction with management).
Working conditions
Great team environment as mentioned earlier with too little space however. Meeting rooms often were occupied although booked by someone else. Shouldn't be a huge issue to fix but I witnessed it for the whole five months of my employment.
Communication
Weekly team meeting and other frequent event ensure communication in a macro aspect. Micro communication in terms of department communication, planning and such has room for improvement (quantity of communication was lacking).
Interesting tasks
My tasks were rather monotonous in the end but everskill put effort into ensuring that I can work creatively as well.

Betriebsklima, der Umgang der Kollegen untereinander, auch von Vorgesetzten respektiert werden und sich auf Augenhöhe begegnen, Zusammenhalt, Teamevents,

Ich hätte mich in einem anderen Bereich vermutlich wohler gefühlt, das liegt aber nicht an everskill sondern an meinen persönlichen Vorlieben.
Suggestions for improvement
Vllt mehr darauf achten, was Bewerber mitbringen anstelle nur darauf wo im Moment Bedarf besteht. (Auf Praktikanten und Werkstudenten bezogen)
Working atmosphere
Mit das beste am gesamten Praktikum war die unglaublich gute Arbeitsatmosphäre. Ich fühlte mich von Tag 1 an super aufgenommen und einfach wohl.

Schwer zu sagen bei einem Praktikum, allerdings hatte ich nie das Gefühl überfordert zu sein oder in meinem Privatleben abstriche machen zu müssen.

Super, häufig mehr wie Freundschaft als reines Arbeitsverhältnis. besonders die vielen Teamevents haben den zusammenalt noch weiter verstärkt. Dies werde ich mit am meisten vermissen wenn meine Zeit hier endet

Vorgesetzten Verhalten ist super, besonders auf der persönlichen menschlichen Ebene sehr fair und es auch großen Spaß zusammen zu arbeiten. Selbst als Praktikant wurde die Meinung ernst genommen.

Es gibt nichts zu beklagen, alle Erwartungen erfüllt

Kurze Dienstwege, entweder per mail und man bekommt sofort eine Antwort. Man kann allerdings auch direkt zu den Kollegen gehen und mit ihnen reden.

Egal auf welcher position man arbeitet, die Meinung Zählt und man wir unabhängig von Vorerfahrung oder Hintergrund respektiert.
Interesting tasks
AN sich interessant und ich habe auch viel gelernt, aber ich glaube langfristig würde ich mich in einem anderen Bereich wohler fühlen. Ich hatte auch das Gefühl, dass ich viele Sachen, die ich im Studium gelernt hatte nicht wirklich einbringen konnte. in einem anderen Feld wäre das mit Sicherheit mehr der Fall gewesen.

Ich finde gut: dass alle zusammenarbeiten, dass viel im Team unternommen wird, dass Neue gut integriert werden und die Kommunikation und der Informationsaustausch untereinander gut ist

Die Firma könnte darauf achten, dass Arbeitsplätze nicht durch welche belegt werden, die am Tag für privates arbeiten und nicht für Everskill, da es einfach nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Schreibtischen gibt und dadurch welchen, die wirklich für everskill arbeiten, Plätze weggenommen werden

Ich finde die flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, sowie den freundlichen und respektvollen Umgang miteinander super!

Wenn viele Mitarbeiter an einem Tag da sind, sollten eventuell die Mitarbeiter, die an dem Tag nicht für everskill sondern für private Sachen arbeiten, zu Hause bleiben, damit das Office nicht zu voll ist.
