They have scrum implemented. The grand vision is clear to me, but I'm missing some input from management regarding day to day projects.

Management is 100% male, but I think they wouldn't have problems to hire females. Customer care is mainly female.

They're not having one employee older than 45.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is cool, but very loud. They're missing a meeting room - so all the meetings are at my desk or in meeting corner. You can overhear anything. Salary bonuses and feedback talks have to be done in the kitchen. Pathetic!

They care for their employees they want to keep. Not so much for underperforming new ones.

Paying better salaries than most startups.

Working for a tech company has it's benefits. Hardware and software is top notch.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Small, but growing company. If you're smart and work a lot, they make you "teamleiter". Saw it happen twice now.
