Direct and open communication. No particular hierarchy. We can openly give suggestions and ideas. It’s encouraged within the company.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
They have a no asshole policy. It is important a person fits the team. While hiring it’s a priority (also suggestions from future team mates are taken while hiring) thus the team is together more by choice rather than force. Lunches together and other events are part of this little family.

I was amazed at how much work life balance I could have by working in a start-up ( worked at start-ups before) This also comes from the CEO who knows that this is an important factor to be productive at work.
