Arbeitsatmosphäre
The CEOs are creating a toxic work environment. Managers oftentimes want full time commitment, more than 40h a week and recompensate with nothing in return.
Work-Life-Balance
Non existent as the company wants all your passion 24/7 but don't offer any benefits to people.
Gehalt/Benefits
You will never get a raise. People get promoted to higher positions but stay with their current income.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
This company doesn't give a damn about such things.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The company is only existing in Malaga. People from Spain exclude German or British workers in most daily tasks or communication. The company only cares about the Malaga office.
Kommunikation
The HR of this internationally working company (London Malaga Berlin) only speaks Spanish and uses Google translate to read and answer emails.
Additionally all of the Spanish team uses WhatsApp to communicate instead of the official company tool slack.
Gleichberechtigung
There is many sexist comments in the office.
