Great learning atmosphere and very friendly coworkers. Everyone was always ready to help and open to discussing any work challenges at all times. The weekly and monthly events are fun and perfect for socializing with new and existing colleagues. No arrogance in the team and no sense of inferior hiearachy. Great communication while doing homeoffice as well.
The variety of tasks could be more in terms of developing the skillset of the analysts.
