Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I started at the company recently and the first impression is positive. The general mood is very good, people show interest in the newcomers and help them feel comfortable and welcome.

The business area is interesting and the company seems to be well positioned to grow and provide good solutions to its clients.

The company makes responsible use of AI tools. They are evaluated properly, there are rules in place to avoid misuse and abuse, and people are incentivized to discuss pros, cons, and evaluate these tools.
