Es wird nicht nachgefragt wie es dazu gekommen ist das der Patient nicht zufrieden war oder ist

Es sollte auf das Personal geachtet werden: eventuell auch mal ein Bett nicht belegen; nicht ständig Mitarbeiter aus dem Frei oder Urlaub holen
