The people are what makes us unique. Everyone is supportive, passionate about what they do and fun to work with! Apart from that I like working in an environment that is evolving, not only we as a company but the whole market of E Mobility is growing rapidly and it's great to see how we are part of shaping that future.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Nothing to do better but to keep on doing: we are currently in a scale up phase which includes quite some changes; Keeping the focus on having a people first culture will be essential to keep our amazing spirit

in Germany we are not well known yet but customers and people out there who know us usually have a very good image about the company and how we work

There is an extensive budget of 3.000€/year per employee to use for individual trainings & development

We are still trying to make it as equal amongst employees as possible, which depending on the country you are working in sometimes is a great benefit and sometimes rather "usual"; in the future we probably have to work more on country specialised benefits but at the same time it's really fair

Our product itself is really sustainable: we only support energy from wind and sun for our stations. Our construction / engineering team is constantly working on improving the materials & working process we use to also make the stations themselves more sustainable

Everyone can choose the tech gear they prefer, in Cologne we have an open office with room enough to go into smaller/meeting rooms if needed; we do lunch breaks together (paid by Fastned) which also is great
