FELD M ist ein großartiger Ort für alle, die Freiheit, Flexibilität und ein starkes Miteinander schätzen.
Es gibt immer ein paar Punkte, die besser laufen könnten: Shared Leadership funktioniert nicht immer perfekt. Wer lieber klare Strukturen und Führung braucht, könnte sich an manchen Stellen etwas verloren fühlen – aber für selbstorganisierte Leute ist’s ein super Match.
Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Es gibt keinen klassischen "Druck von oben", wie das schon häufiger im Agenturumfeld erlebt habe. Da viele remote arbeiten, ist im Büro leider oft wenig los, was etwas schade für den persönlichen Austausch ist.
Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten sind auf jeden Fall da (allein von den unheimlich vielen klugen Köpfen im team kann man unglaublich viel lernen), aber: man muss sich selbst drum kümmern und Eigeninitiative zeigen.
Ich habe selten, eigentlich nie, einen Ort erlebt, an dem ein solcher herzlicher Umgang und Zusammenhalt unter Kollegen herrscht. Jeder hält dem anderen den Rücken frei und tut, was er/sie kann. Eigentlich sind Kollegen hier wie Freunde – wenn man das möchte.
Ich war als Projektmanagerin bei FELD M und kann sagen: Wer selbstbestimmt arbeiten will, ist hier genau richtig. Man hat hier sehr viele Freiheiten – sowohl was Arbeitszeitpunkt als auch Arbeitsort angeht (man kann im Prinzip von überall aus arbeiten und seine Zeiten rund um Kundentermine flexibel gestalten). Natürlich braucht’s dafür auch Eigenmotivation und den Willen, sich selbst zu reflektieren und weiterzuentwickeln.

In my projects always quick and respectful communication, no competition between colleagues, but rather support and team-work. Every opinion is valued and everyone is trying to create an environment where it is comfortable for everyone to share their thoughts and ideas

They really care - both about people they work with and for. They let you be who you are and do what you like. And thanks to this people are engaged in work and genuinely enjoy. Lots of great specialists to collaborate with and learn from. When you want to change your working conditions, you talk with people with thinking minds and feeling hearts and not only with corporate processes that noone questions.
No development plans, you have to take care of your growth and find the time and place for it in the organization.
Best ever, very much friends and family like. People are friendly, relaxed, yet wanting to do great job. All can contribute to the organization, so if you want, you can make big impact. If you don't want, nobody will force you.
You can choose your working days, hours and place, I was fully remote. You choose your projects and tasks (uninteresting things get done because people care and want to help each other). Cases of possible burn out are taken care of seriously and you get full support.
I've learned a lot in my field as I worked with some great specialists that I could always ask difficult questions or get valuable feedback.
It was not easy to develop horizontally though, in a new area where I wanted to grow. FELD M is working on that topic, but there's always a limitation of client projects that are available, budget and timing space for learners.
As an agency there's some limitation regarding level of salary compared to working on the client side, but I would still get paid very well. I got several pay rises over 8 years I worked there, but you always have to start salary negotiations yourself.

No supervisors here! Flat structure, you are your own boss, but you can count on the feedback from the colleagues.

Very open communication, everybody in informed about company financial situation, organization changes, clients and leads. Anybody can get involved and contribute to organizational stuff if they wish. Because of this new-business / shared leadership approach making a change often takes a bit of time, but at least all the feedback is taken into consideration.
The company put big efforts to provide safe space where everyone feels welcome independent of the background. Currently there are many international colleagues and company language is English (even though some clients still prefer to work in German only). As a Polish woman I always felt very good working there.
Really depends on the client you work with and the area of expertise. I had some super exciting tasks and some a bit boring periods.
I really appreciated the flexible work environment at FELD M. The option to work remotely and set my own schedule made it easy to balance work and personal life. I also liked the autonomy I was given—it felt great to have the trust to take initiative and be part of decision-making in the projects I was in.

Communication at FELD M was effective, and I appreciated the transparency in sharing updates and project goals. However, depending on the projects I worked on, I sometimes felt isolated, as certain tasks required little to no team interaction. That said, when collaboration was needed, the team was approachable and open to help.
FELD M has a strong focus on equality and inclusivity. Everyone’s input is valued. The team was diverse and international, which brought different perspectives and made the workplace feel inclusive.

Great atmosphere, a lot of fun at work but at the same time professional.
No core working hours, overtime compensation and a lot of support and understanding for colleagues with children. Work adapts to private life, not the other way around.
There are no classical hierarchical career levels because of the shared leadership principle. But there are a lot of possibilities to learn and grow, e.g internal lectures. If you want to do external trainings you have to be proactive, but it’s always encouraged.
Fair salaries and benefits, talks about the salary are always very transparent and respectful.

There are no explicit hierarchies, everyone is on equal terms and can take over responsibility and leadership tasks.
People first principle is not only a phrase but really lived.
Possibility to work from home or the Munich office (or even coworking spaces in other cities) - it’s a nice place, centrally located, bright and with a big kitchen space where you can find good coffee, water and fresh fruits.
Communication is in general good and very transparent on the organisational level. But between the teams there is room for improvement (as in almost every company).
International & diverse colleagues and there’s a dedicated diversity circle to work on this important topic!
I guess it depends on the team you’re working in, but in general you can take over a lot of challenging and exciting tasks (internally and on client projects). Sometimes you have to do repetitive tasks.

Sehr gute Atmosphäre, ein lockeres und gleichzeitig auch professionelles Miteinander.
Durch das Kundengeschäft kann es hier und da schon etwas stressig werden, jedoch wird durch einen vollen Überstundenausgleich, flexible Möglichkeiten Urlaub zu nehmen und viel Rücksicht auf persönliche Bedürfnisse ein Ausgleich geschaffen.
Man hat stets die Chance sich weiterzubilden. Meist ist hier jedoch etwas Eigeninitiative erforderlich, wenn man beispielsweise eine kostenpflichtige Schulung besuchen möchte.
Feld M zahlt gute Gehälter, welche stets pünktlich überwiesen werden. Auch Gehaltsverhandlungen sind stets faire und respektvolle Gespräche.
Auf Umwelt- und Sozialbewusstsein wird großen Wert gelegt.
Freundliche und hilfsbereite Kollegen, die immer ein offenes Ohr haben. Auch aufgrund des Shared-Leadership-Ansatzes entsteht ein Mit- anstatt ein Gegeneinander.
Hier arbeiten viele jüngere Menschen, ältere Kollegen werden geschätzt.
Durch den Shared-Leadership-Ansatz gibt es keine expliziten Hierarchien unter den Angestellten. Bei Konflikten wird bei Bedarf über einen Mediator eine Lösung gefunden. Unser Managing Director lebt die People-First-Culture, ist sehr fair und bezieht, so gut es geht, Mitarbeiter in die Entscheidungen mit ein.
Schönes Büro, zentral in München gelegen, Großraumbüro. Mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke im Büro (#Sofa) würde der 5te Stern auch noch ausgefüllt werden. :)
Während des wöchentlichen Frühstücks werden die wichtigsten Informationen kommuniziert. Slack dient als internes Kommunikationsmittel. Es könnten Informationen und Updates zu bereits laufenden Projekten aktiver kommuniziert werden.

FELD M ist ein tolles Unternehmen mit einer tollen Arbeitsatmosphäre. Im Team herrscht ein super Umgang miteinander und man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Hier wird das Prinzip der kollegialen Führung gelebt, wodurch den Mitarbeitern viel Vertrauen entgegen gebracht wird und man sich stark ins Unternehmen einbringen kann.
Fachlich bietet FELD M viele Möglichkeiten sich weiterzuentwickeln und in verschiedensten Bereichen etwas zu lernen.
Darüber hinaus bietet FELD M den Mitarbeitern viele andere Vorteile, wie kostenloses Obst und Eis.
Insgesamt ein toller Arbeitgeber bei dem ich mich sehr wohl fühle.

Dazu gibt es viele spannende Projekte und viele Freiheitsgrade sich selbstständig weiter zu bilden bzw. entwickeln.
