Es wird sehr viel Rücksicht auf den Gesundheitszustand der Mitarbeiter gelegt. Ich selbst bin durch meine chronische Krankheit in verschiedenen Bereichen eingeschränkt. Deshalb werden die Bedingungen für mich angepasst.
