What I dislike about the employer
Emotionale Entscheidungen aus dem Bauch heraus abstellen.
Leider keinerlei Sozialkompetenz und damit keine soziale Verantwortung. Verantwortungsbewusstsein kann nicht an erster Stelle stehen, wenn man keine sachlich begründeten Entscheidungen treffen kann.

Leider keinerlei Sozialkompetenz und damit keine soziale Verantwortung. Daran ändert auch das aufgesetzte „Du“ und „ wir sind so ein so tolles Team“ nichts!

3 Vorstellungsgespräche inkl. einem Probearbeitstag und dann nach 4 Wochen Einarbeitung die Aussage: „ man passe nicht in das Team“. Also, wer Nichts zu verlieren hat kann das Risiko eingehen und bei Feralco anfangen.

Offene und aufrichtige Kommunikation pflegen, Bauchentscheidungen abstellen. Entscheidungen an weitestgehend nachvollziehbaren Kriterien festmachen.

Die Ausstattung ist gut und angemessen.

Oberflächlich! Ich habe sie als nicht ehrlich empfunden. Der selbst auferlegten Philosophie kann man dadurch nicht annähernd gerecht werden.
