Nur die Bezahlung und die Arbeit selbst. Alles andere war leider absolut nicht gut.

Arbeitsbedingungen. Kollegen. Fluktuation. Seriösität.
Suggestions for improvement
Es wäre gut, wenn der Arbeitgeber auch mal zuhören könnte. Nicht sekündlich die Meinung ändern würde oder kurzfristig vor Abgabe Frist wieder komplett neue Ideen und Änderungen hätte.
