Absolut realitätsfremd… Hauptsache Stückzahlen und der Mitarbeiter hat zu funktionieren

Von morgens bis abends rennen…. Wochenendarbeit und teils Sonntags Arbeit …. Es finden sich sogut wie kaum bzw keine Auszubildende… die meisten hauen nach ein paar Wochen wieder ab

Solange du ein ja Sager bist und funktionierst wie man es von dir erwartet stehen dir alle Türen offen….

Das Gehalt ist so uninteressant das kein Optiker wirklich davon eine Familie ernähren könnte… nichtmal mehr Auszubildende findet man stattdessen setzt man jetzt auf Fachverkäufer

Meistens halten alle zusammen und ziehen an einem Strang, hängt aber von der Niederlassung ab….habe auch schon erlebt das sich jeder am nächsten ist und sich vor dem nächsten Kunden drückt….

Kommt stark auf die Niederlassung an… hab schon Chefs erlebt die für die Rolle geboren waren aber auch leider das komplette Gegenteil wo einfach nur maßlos überfordert war

Ausstattung ist meist top aktuell von veralteten und zum Teil defekten Messbrillen mal abgesehen.
Arbeitsbedingung ist meist stressig und unter viel Lärm …
Krankheitsfälle sind an der Tagesordnung … es ist ein Teufelskreis, fällt wer aus muss der Rest vom Team mehr leisten… bis die Person wieder kommt und der nächste ausfällt

Kommt stark auf die Niederlassung und den Niedeelasssungsleiter an
