Verbesserungsvorschläge

It would be nice to have more flexibility in terms of working hours, e.g. leaving early on Friday if the work is done. More standardization of processes and less "special treatment" for certain departments. More spontaneous perks, e.g. free massages for employees.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The working atmosphere is very pleasant and respectful. I have not met a single person, that has not treated me on eye level and everyone is kind. There is a lot of people who are brand new to Frankfurt or Germany, which is a connecting factor.

The company's purpose, mission and vision are great and it is one of the most relevant and best companies in the Impact Investing market.

Work-Life-Balance

Working hours are from 9-6 with a 1h lunch break in a mix of remote and on site work (without Corona).

Speaking for my department, I feel a lot of cohesion and warmth. Generally it feels like the entire company is sitting in the same boat and heading in the same direction.

Free Juice, Coffee, Tea and water for everyone, cookies and fruits, Computers are modern, everybody gets an entire setup for the home office, internet works flawlessly, furniture is modern and ergonomic, beautiful 7th floor lounge area.

Kommunikation

Communication is uncomplicated and straightforward. Everyone is most of the times available and the tone is always appropriate.

If you take the initiative, there is a lot of room to implement one's own ideas, due to the company's current growth.

Viel Druck, schlechte Organisation und mangelhafte Kommunikation stören den Arbeitsablauf und zermürben viele Kollegen - was sich nicht zuletzt an der hohen Fluktuation zeigt
