I think corporate culture can't be created explicitly. In my opinion, it's observed/overheard by new employees and when certain values are communicated, but then later you observe reality that differs, then it becomes confusing

My experience with dev team makes me think, that they are really smart and I believe they may have some really good ideas outside of IDE. Maybe, it could make sense to show them some problems outside of their usual scope.

Even though I pictured Fineway as a startup, this company has a very professional work ethics culture. I never had a problem concentrating on my task and I never got distracted

I can always ask a question, whenever I feel like I don't have enough expertise on a topic.

Teamwork is pretty good, but I can't judge the entire company because I have not been exposed that much to collaborating with colleagues who are not from my department
Work-Life-Balance
I never had the feeling, that it is necessary for me to catch up with my work and I need to work during the weekend. It's usually easy to concentrate during working hours, so most of the time you can get everything done on time
Interessante Aufgaben
Because the tasks vary all the time, you hardly ever get repetitive work
