Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Good collaborative team within a dynamic environment. Management is supportive and rewards dedication and excellence. Despite the challenging times and layoffs caused by the bear market, the company provided support, responded with resilience, and fostered a culture of well-being and collaboration. They offer perks such as access to mental health platforms with qualified therapists or psychologists, as well as gym memberships.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The focus on security can slow down procurement and other processes, making it challenging to release new features. As a regulated company, security procedures are prioritised. With a small team, flexibility is essential, sometimes requiring that individuals expand the scope of their roles to meet the team's needs.
