The founders are simply not behaving in an okay way. There is too much pressure, questions for prioritization of tasks (since it is too much) are rather met with blame (then work harder) then understanding.

You don't really know what is going on but it feels like there is no transparent communication from the founders.

All diverse colleagues left, negative comments from one of the founders are happening daily. For example, he explicitly forbid any celebration of the international women's day
