When things were going well, everything was okay, but unfortunately the management lacks experience in crisis management and issues such as dealing with terminations and transparency and authenticity have taken a strong negative turn. Also the alignment between the management seems not that good.

Colleagues actually all stick together, but there is also gossip and group dynamics.
Work-Life-Balance
It varies depending on the department, after 6pm there are rarely more than 0-3 people in the office, which would probably be important for the success of the company.
