What I like about the employer
Praktikanten werden nicht zum kaffeekochen und kopieren eingesetzt....
What I dislike about the employer
....dafür jedoch für alle anderen Dinge. Das Tagesgeschäft wäre ohne das Engagement von Praktikanten gar nicht zu erledigen. Für die Arbeitszeit und das Arbeitspensum ist das Gehalt mehr als dürftig. Das Team ist zwar jung, jedoch herrscht ein ziemlich unterkühltes Betriebsklima. Dies beweist auch das ständig wechselnde Personal.

What I like about the employer
- junges dynamisches Team, alle sind nett und hilfsbereit
- nahmhafte Kunden aus allen möglichen Bereichen, dadurch bekommt man einen breit gefächerten Einblick in verschiedene Branchen
What I dislike about the employer
- Vielfalt in Aufgaben fehlt, als Praktikant kennt man nach zwei Wochen fast alle Prozesse
- unverhältnismäßige Bezahlung im Vergleich von Vollzeit-Praktikanten zu Teilzeit-Werkstudenten

What I like about the employer
- 1a Möglichkeit als Student auf anspruchsvollem Niveau Geld zu verdienen
- breites Angebot an Zielbranchen, in denen immer wieder neu sich hinein gedacht werden muss
- bedingt durch das kleine Team viele wechselnde & spannende Aufgaben
- 1a eingerichtete Sozialräume (ink. Herd, Mikrowelle, 2x Kaffeemaschinen)
What I dislike about the employer
- Kaffeemaschine in einem Bürotrakt macht miserablen Kaffee (nicht ganz ernst nehmen bitte ;-) )
