Perhaps simply stop
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As a job straight after university, it may be well suited to building up basic skills, and then it's all uphill from there in terms of working conditions, salary and development opportunities on the job market.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Now that I'm writing everything down, it's frighteningly more than I expected. The other reviews seem staged to me.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Hire a managing director and get fully involved in acquisition yourself, cooperate with other companies and absorb production peaks, thus ensuring a continuously better project situation, and be happy to be a bit stuffy and plan ahead, keep everything tidy, etc.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
goosebumps when the boss arrives around lunchtime, some days even the planned result is wrong and everything is trash, other days he brings food. I don't know man, something is really off here
Image
When other employers hear the name of the company, they roll their eyes. In the film business, people tend to ask, "What company? Who?"
Work-Life-Balance
Overtime when a film project comes in, but that's obvious with the headcount.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Further training only if a specific skill is required for a project, but then self-taught and preferably on the side.
Gehalt/Benefits
Poor salaries, no benefits
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
looking at the average energy consumption in this industry... lol. no.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
secret alliances and mistrust
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Experience is only appreciated if it mirrors the managers view
Vorgesetztenverhalten
slightly toxic and intentionally confusing
Arbeitsbedingungen
Before the move, it felt like the dirtiest, most rubbish-strewn film studio/office in Munich to me personally; afterwards, it was initially better.
Kommunikation
Unclear passive-aggressive outbursts of frustration, destructive feedback for self-manipulation, to prove that no one is capable of anything, out of fear that one will have to see projects through after all.
Gleichberechtigung
i guess so, definitely at least equal treatment for women. managing director is openly charming, bit too much honestly, but at least not encroaching / handsy
Interessante Aufgaben
Sometimes there are great projects. Not often enough though
