What I like about the employer
Das extrem familiäre Klima, sowie das tolle Verhältnis untereinander - auch bis ganz nach oben. Die Arbeitsweise und das Engagement. Außerdem die Wertschätzung, die leider bei vielen anderen Firmen (vor allem in dieser Branche) fehlt.
What I dislike about the employer
Gar nichts. Wer hier rausfliegt oder nicht in der Lage ist sich einzubringen, dem ist wirklich nicht mehr zu helfen.
Suggestions for improvement
Nichts - am besten einfach so weitermachen. Das ist der richtige Weg.
Working atmosphere
Super Team mit netten Leuten - alles sehr familiär.
Work-Life Balance
In der Hauptsaison ist Urlaub eher weniger möglich - darüber wird man aber direkt informiert. Ist also i.O.
Environmental and social responsibility
Patenschaften, Spenden, Sponsoring - alles vorhanden.
Interaction with older colleagues
Letzter älterer Kollege war bis zum Lebensende dabei und wurde von allen sehr geschätzt und dementsprechend behandelt. Toll!
Leadership behavior
Man fühlt sich immer ordentlich behandelt. Speziell die obersten Etagen sind extrem menschlich und nett!

Arbeitsverträge besser lesen und sich auch daran halten, Fachpersonal auch Qualifizierte Arbeit machen lassen.
