International logistics with a human touch
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Diversity of projects and tasks. Internationality and being a strong contributor to European economy.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
No two days are the same: interesting tasks, plenty of cross-team exchange, and an open-minded culture.
Image
Well known in Rail Transport sector. Still -rather a niche sector so known only for insiders...
Work-Life-Balance
Logistics is not exactly a “close laptop at 5 pm every day” industry But the flexibility (hybrid work, flexible hours, time tracking) helps a lot.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Different trainingsuring the year. Team-Trips to places where clients/suppliers are located.
Growth within team possible, sometimes limited in case of small teams. Sister companies of the same group (Rail Logistics Europe) in Germany and abroad in Europe.
Gehalt/Benefits
It could be always more ;-) (generally speaking not the highest and not the lowest salaries in logistics sector). A system of fix salary + individual bonuses.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Sometimes still too much printed paper ;-) Traveling as much as possible per train.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Very good team spirit
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Fair.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Open for exchange, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Modern offices in the centre of Berlin and Frankfurt. Modern IT-equipment, Open space + smaller offices.
Kommunikation
Plenty of communication — sometimes almost too much — but overall a clear effort to keep everyone in the loop.
Gleichberechtigung
Equal number of men and women in the company. Many women in management positions. Very international background of employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
Definitely not boring... International rail logistics is challenging every day, but it’s also a future-oriented and sustainable field.
