...das Management ist immer so beschäftigt, das es viel übersieht. Entscheidungen manchmal nicht nachvollziehbar.

Very open minded and good work in an intersting and huge market. FRAMOS has a lot of potential.
Work seems chaotic with now "teams" as everybody works for themself. Management should provide a better common understanding.
The company needs to have a clear vision and strategy. Please do not change it every half a year. That way there is no alignment. Get everybody on board.
There is no or not enough positive feedback coming from team leads. If change is needed it will take ages until someone will start doing something as they mostly do not see that it is they who are in charge. Sometimes, when there is praise you can smell that it is self-praise or just crowd control but not honest opinions.
The image from the outside is pretty good. FRAMOS is a gloabl player in the imaging industry. But on the inside it doesn't look so good anymore.
If you don't run over hours, your job will be nice. Remote office is even an option for most people.
The company mentions that they want to be social. However, this cannot be seen. Neither from outside nor inside.
You have to fight for any advanced training. Mostly it will be done internally by another employee. Carreer is not possible as there is only a low hierarchy with overcrowded management.
In each department the colleagues do work closely together. But between the departments is a big moat filled with crocodiles. Don't ask an other department for help as they are either overloaded with daily business or just don't want to be disturbed.
Conflicts will not be adressed. Happiness will be fakely promoted (even if this is just a mask everybody is wearing). There is no leading as the strategy is missing (mostly due a slow and not strong management). Teamleads are work preventionists as they try to avoid work for theiir department. There is no "together for the common good".
You can get what you need. The IT takes some time before you get it, but if you need it isn't a problem.
Due to open-plan offices there are a lot of distractions.
Communication is very restricted. Information which will be given to the management does not return. While from the company meeting you mostly get the sales numbers which do not really help anyone for their work.
Salary is okay. Vacation days are pretty low for a German company. Not many extra benefits.
Very diverse company. Every age, gender and culture.
Interesting work and customers in an amazingly growing business. Large opportunity for growth.
