He is friendly and understanding in many regards even on short notices.

Sometimes he doesn’t really know how we get treated when we are sent out to work with their clients. Some are racists, arrogant and have no respect for us. It hurts in those moments

I would love it if we have better and protective clothing. And also have a working attire that identifies people from frankly other than using our own clothes.

They are quite good honestly though in some cases, you might need to travel to another city to work and no transport or accommodation will be provided then the client will have you work for a few hours that doesn’t cover the costs incurred and that’s painful
