the shifts and work timing are always posted in good timing for me to travel and reach the work area in good time.

He is friendly and understanding in many regards even on short notices.

Sometimes he doesn’t really know how we get treated when we are sent out to work with their clients. Some are racists, arrogant and have no respect for us. It hurts in those moments

They are quite good honestly though in some cases, you might need to travel to another city to work and no transport or accommodation will be provided then the client will have you work for a few hours that doesn’t cover the costs incurred and that’s painful

Im Winter kann es natürlich ab und zu ziemlich kalt werden, aber es gab natürlich eine Heizung und ein paar von Frankly gesponserte Wollsocken.

Kommunikation

Unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation über WhatsApp.

Gehalt/Benefits

15€ pro Stunde und Überstunden (zumindest die der Spätschicht) werden bezahlt.

Interessante Aufgaben

Ausschank und Verkauf. Vor allem in der Frühschicht kann es ab und zu etwas langweilig sein, wenn wenig Besucher auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt sind. In der Spätschicht hat man dann aber meist gut zu tun, so dass auch die Zeit wie im Fluge vergeht :-)
