Compared to many other consulting firms, Frontwell is respectful of personal time. Flexible working hours and modern, well-equipped offices in Bad Vilbel (with good transport links) support this. Team meals are sponsored twice a week, team activities are sponsored on request. As it is a consulting company the typical Consulting Dynamics, as with any client-focused business, workload can fluctuate. There can be busy periods depending on project deadlines and client demands, which occasionally requires extra effort.
