- Don't waste time if employees loop with feedback again and again, instead react with acting to try to do better.
- Get your team members better known.
The work-culture within FRS Group is blended with modern-thinking and familiarized standards.
Personally I have my own view of the image and that's pretty clear. In public relations, FRS has nearly the same issues like other travel companies. Getting greener, getting sustainable and so on and forth. FRS is doing its best.
FRS Systems gave me the freedom to decide where and when I could deliver my contracted times! As well in case of any kind of emergency (sick kids or whatever) the backup by team and management was great!
FRS Systems gave me an training and education platform. Some picked employees enjoyed getting trainings and courses, but this was not done across all teams and team members. Interesting new challenges or new positions are often staffed by external new colleagues.
Unfortunately salaries are a difficult topic. Compared to what I earn nowadays, worlds are in between. Nevertheless, for me the monetary aspect, was just like this. Next to this FRS gave me so much more: experience, friends, goals, a network. But, as soon you need to pay the big bills, may an higher average won't be sufficient.
The team spirit in FRS Systems is pretty unique! Obviously here and there are some kind of specialties, but we're all humans.
In my beginning at FRS I recognized some rude behavior with elderly, but this changes completely by time. FRS as well offered apprentice ships for experienced people! Some of them are still happy on their position, as soon as I know.
Some supervisors and management people had interesting views on people, without having a good knowledge of them. So my advice, get your team members better.
As stated in work life balance, all in all I was pretty happy with my work environment.
From time to time I faced important decisions behind closed door, which was obviously a strategic decision, but wasn't communicated well. Multi-cultural teams across different countries often leaded to some miscommunication.
Next to a modern working environment FRS Systems is so much time ahead already in future with its technology its amazing! After I left FRS i felt like in stone age in my new challenges! FRS gives a lot of opportunities but you need to challenge the people around.
As part of a global group of companies, management should take a look at how other companies operate in this environment and carry out self-reflection with the aim of improving. This should include the knowledge and experience of their own staff. - Note "Swarm intelligence of a group" -
Very good on the whole.
20 Overtime and on-call duty are not always ideal.
Not directly visible.
always good within the department.
You don't have many left, so no further comment here.
Humanly it is good, but professionally there is always a lack of knowledge and trust towards the employees.
They have improved over time, because you want to be attractive for new, fresh employees.
Very little communication between the individual departments and within the group. A lot is treated as a secret, which it is not.
Standard...
One's own area of responsibility has always remained interesting, but one has to work out/learn the topics and knowledge for oneself.
The management is always ready to listen to what needs to be improved and implement action.
Being a subsidiary of a bigger company, there are some processes that come defined by them and are a bit harder to actualize.
They're already on the right track, so keep further improving employee satisfaction!
