Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Job description does not match reality, communication is overloaded with non-important imformation, complexity within the company due to uncounted aquisitions is incredible and creates so many target conflicts that you can not move in any direction without hitting invisible walls. Colleagues and coworkers are sometimes unsupportive and sneaky, especially people from the local region. Figures, numbers and data in general is a mess, information is scarce and hard to validate, data is created in way too many ways to stay on top of things. Targets are not fix but more an orientation, more energy is wasted to justify failure then to reach the set goals.
