Homeoffice ist die einzige Sache die wirklich gut war.
Es war wirklich sehr demotivierend in einem Unternehmen wie diesem zu arbeiten, dem jegliche Vision und klarer Auftrag fehlt. Die hohe Fluktuation an Mitarbeiter*innen zeigt auch das schlechte Management der Führungsebene.
Bedenkt das bitte, bevor ihr hier anfangt zu arbeiten.
Amazing management, people are approachable, diverse team. Everyone gets equal opportunity to move up the ladder at a short notice based on their performance. Most importantly respect plays a huge role in this firm.

It would be nice if more people came to the office during the week but that because many prefer remote work

Dependancy on progress of main corporate customer can be frustrating sometimes
Keep on working on structures, to have clear rules for promotions etc.
Company small, so limited potential to develop into team lead position
No respect for the employees. There's nothing motivating to staying here.
If the half of company has left during this year, maybe the problem is coming from the head (?)
