Super nice colleagues who always happy to assist. Management are really supportive and always available for discussion/advice but also giving opportunities for employees to manage and handle tasks on their own.

Homeoffice ist die einzige Sache die wirklich gut war.
Es war wirklich sehr demotivierend in einem Unternehmen wie diesem zu arbeiten, dem jegliche Vision und klarer Auftrag fehlt. Die hohe Fluktuation an Mitarbeiter*innen zeigt auch das schlechte Management der Führungsebene.
Bedenkt das bitte, bevor ihr hier anfangt zu arbeiten.
Amazing management, people are approachable, diverse team. Everyone gets equal opportunity to move up the ladder at a short notice based on their performance. Most importantly respect plays a huge role in this firm.
