Great colleagues, great clients. The self-organised working culture can be overwhelming at times. But if you're into that, you'll love it.
Work-Life-Balance
As long as it somewhat fits to your project team needs, you can be super liberal how and where you work. The self-organised approach leads to a more outcome-based work culture rather than just "time used". You should know how to manage your work, though.
Kommunikation
The amount of transparency is crazy. No matter your position, you are able to see look at almost all financial numbers (at least when it comes to sales and client work). Many decisions are discussed openly before being made (e.g. on Slack) and I've noticed that every voice is heard and considered.
Interessante Aufgaben
I've worked on projects that couldn't be more different: from internal tools for big automotive corporations to (mobile) apps for the healthcare sector. No marketing blah blah projects. Mostly real stuff with real (user) value.
