Standort Leitung ist völlig überfordert. Bei Krankheitsfällen wird man genötigt einzuspringen, wenn man dies verneint ist man gezwungen im nächsten Monat dauer Spätschicht zu machen.

Wer ein Leben hat sollte hier nicht Arbeiten.
Communication
Ständige Plan Änderungen, am besten 24/7 erreichbar sein ansonsten bekommt man das anhand der Schichtpläne zu spüren.
Salary/Benefits
Mindestlohn, keine Feiertagszuschläge. Nach Kündigung( Halle wurde von einem neuen Pächter übernommen oder gekauft, Mitarbeiter wurden zwei Wochen vorher informiert. Gehalt wurde zu einem Drittel nicht bezahlt. Nun Kampf vor dem Arbeitsgericht.
