Specially the person whom helped me the most during my time there. She is amazing at her job and I’m very proud of her.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I was lucky to work with highly motivated and efficient colleagues in my department. I must say I learned a lot from all my colleagues at my department and I respected them very well. Somehow communication amongst other departments was not very clear and there was sometimes a lot of misunderstanding. However, I must say there was a lot of inconsequential conversations in the background for those who called sick. I thought it was highly inappropriate and unprofessional to talk about your colleagues badly in front of others. Even, when you read this comment “Nichts außer dass ehemalige Arbeitnehmer die ohnehin immer krank waren die Firma viel schlechter reden als diese ist
” from someone who supposedly worked there, it is so inappropriate given they thought I wrote a review in the past, which I didn’t. Pointing fingers at someone without knowing is unprofessional and speaks badly about the work atmosphere.
Kommunikation
A lot of miscommunication. However, I see a lot of improvement and I believe it is moving in the right direction with the new people managing such positions.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible hours. However, a lot of colleagues were not happy when corona hit really badly during the 1st wave and how unresponsive and not willing to cooperate the head of the company was. People were expected to work in the office. Unless the new scientific head did something about it, management thought it was OK to come into work and not set clear boundaries if and how home office was allowed.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Below average. Even PhDs are paid below regional average.
