Work-Life-Balance
Very good work-life balance. Not many people need to work extra hours, everybody must take his/her hilday every year. Many events are organized (Xmas party, international dinners, Halloween party...)
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I think it is difficult to make your career evolve at Geschenkidee, this is rather a place where you stay for a while to get some experience and then exloit it somewhere else.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salaries are rather low, it is difficult to get a pay raise even after a while in the company.
