Management: Start thinking and working instead of showing off and spend your day buying clothes online... ( at least one person must be a self-identified with this sentence). Stop blaming your employees you are the one responsable of the Chaos and very bad athmospere.

Management acting really bad with people. They should start to think about a strategy ( why they are getting paid for) get a real strategy instead of changing all the plan every 2 months and blaming employees for bad results cause they are the ones guilty for that.
Interessante Aufgaben
Only operational tasks now. Impossible to learn something with the new structure. The company used to be great but now everything is super Chaotic.
