I worked for around 3 years and I never felt that my work life balance is disturbed. In every company there are some days were you have a lot of work and similarly there are also some days when you have very less work. As the business is into candle industry, there is more work in winter which is quite understandable and on the other hand people have less work during summer days

The company contains more than 70% of young people but even the older team members were really helpful and knowledgeable

The behaviour from the superior was quite okay. I have nothing to complain about.

The workspace itself is super great. The office is in the heart of Berlin close to many restaurants and Hauptbahnhof.

There is a good transparency maintained within the company by monthly meetings. Management and Managers share all the required information to the Team members

I never felt any racist behaviour from any of the colleagues or Management. In short, everyone was treated equally.
