Very bad impression throughout the whole process. When asking my interview partners what they liked about working at glean, the answer "I'm happy because I'm still here and didn't get fired yet" is not exactly what I want to hear. Despite this red flag, a lot of very important people telling you how much better then everyone else they are is also a No-Go.
Also been ghosted at some point of the process, which seems to be the new trend.
Companies! If you want good people, stop behaving ignorsnt and at least send a short email. This literally costs you 2 minutes
