Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
We call ourselves start up but with +200 people we are far bigger than the average start up. But we still try to keep a bit of that spririt. glispa is not of the "oh, we are all soooo good friends" companies and then you get stabbed in the back. People are quite honest and you know what to expect. Of course that is not always what you want to hear but in the end it's better. It's an open environment where you can bring in your talents (if you have some) and people will appreciate (if it's worth). So, if you'r one of the young hipsters from Berlin and you prefer you fancy coffee over actually doing some valuable work - that might not be your place. That is one of the reasons why we actually make money and do not rely in some investors.

We are a bit crowded in the office. I guess we should expand.
