A few colleagues are working completely remotely, which might be important to know before. If you prefer personal face-to-face interaction, you should choose the Cologne office.
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on the project but compared to other consultancies, Globeone has a pretty good work-life-balance. It is not 9-5, but also not 9-11 :) In general the firm makes it very easy for you to balance personal things, as long as you get your work done.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very pleasant! The partners meet you at eye-level, are interested in your growth without putting too much pressure on the staff. They are very open for questions and feedback at any time. Definetly a lot to learn from them.
Interessante Aufgaben
It was not as evident to me before, that the clients are mostly very renowned companies (mostly DAX or MDAX). I guess the tasks depend on the project, however Globeone's service portfolio is very broad, making the tasks pretty diverse.

Awareness is there but definetly room to implement a refined CSR strategy!
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The compensation scheme is very fair and transparent. There are definetly firms that pay better, but mostly that goes hand-in-hand with an increase in your monthly working hours.
