I enjoy working here, especially the nice atmosphere and closeness in the team. Unlike the stereotype of aggressive and anxious consultants, my colleagues are very nice and caring – they are always ready and patient to help.
At globeone, people are organized and insightful; they committed and dedicated to solving the problems both effectively and efficiently. Thus, I could learn not only working methods but attitudes and professionalism. Moreover, my work is appreciated and valued here and I am empowered. As an intern, I got the chance to visit clients and traveled abroad.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
With the business expansion, globeone was short of staff for a while and we needed to work longer. We may also work with tight schedule and under pressure at times. On the other hand, it may be considered the interesting and challenging part of the job. Calmness and multitasking are required and learned from the job.
