from my point of view no start-up surrounding. better be honest to applicants and don‘t sugar-coat things.

listen to the employees and be more transparent. this could help to improve the company culture and the overall satisfaction of the employees. in addition many of the employees aren‘t really motivated, which you can see in their job performance and attitudes. maybe you should work on that in order to be more productive

way too loud to concentrate. extremely hot in summer and no air con. not everyone is allowed to work from home although they are talking about flexible working conditions.
