So far it's all very positive. I'm saying this from having had mostly bad to mild work experiences in Berlin in the past, so my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised. I've never had such a healthy work environment. I find the workplace respectful of the employees, good work-life balance, flexibility and actually it seems people are competent in their roles, which honestly all of this makes you want to give your best. I hope it lasts, Good job ...
Ich habe großen Gestaltungsspielraum in meinem Verantwortungsbereich und kann selbst entscheiden, wie wir unsere Ziele erreichen. Die Aufgaben sind spannend und herausfordernd – man löst hier tatsächlich Probleme, die etwas bewirken. Die Kolleg:innen sind motiviert und engagiert, und das Management ist sehr involviert. Es gibt einen klaren Wachstumsplan und eine langfristige Perspektive, was die Arbeit sehr zielgerichtet macht.

Manchmal kann es etwas chaotisch zugehen – typische Wachstumsschmerzen eines schnell skalierenden Unternehmens. Allerdings wird bereits viel getan, um mehr Struktur, klare Prioritäten und bessere Abstimmung zwischen den Teams zu schaffen. Im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr hat sich das schon deutlich verbessert.
Struktur, Micro Management von Vorgesetzten inklusive Geschäftsführung, Überstunden werden vorausgesetzt - auch am Wochenende
Es war ein kurzes Gastspiel für mich – auf das ich mich riesig gefreut hatte. Die Stelle passte, mein Team mochte ich sofort, und ich hatte richtig Lust, die Mission von Glow mitzutragen. Der Recruiting-Prozess war super professionell und schnell – eine echte Lobeshymne auf meine Hausaufgabe. Und dann kam alles anders.
Meine Aufgabe: ein neues Team und meine neue Rolle in die bereits mit 100.000 km/h fliegende Marketingmaschine bei Glow zu integrieren. Onboarding? Essentiell, das war allen klar. Ich ...

Keine Angebote und Liebes HR-Team: Ein "UDEMY"-Zugang ist keine Karriereentwicklung? Stellt doch wenigstens Lernpfade zu Themen bereit. Wie soll man aus so vielen Kursen was rausfinden, was nicht totaler Schrott ist?
Zur Karriere: Manche konnten sich die ein oder andere Hierarchieebene hochkämpfen. Aber Betonung liegt hier wirklich auf KAMPF. Dass da jemand das Potenzial gesehen hat und dachte "oh, die wollen wir entwicklen" - vergesst das ganz schnell.
