Suggestions for improvement
Ein transparentes Gehaltsmodell mit festen Boni (z.B. 13. Gehalt zu je 50% Urlaub und Weihnachten) würde die Grundzufriedenheit und Bindung sicherlich steigern. Eine betriebliche Altersvorsorge wäre wünschenswert.

Arbeitszeiten sind in Stein gemeißelt. Home Office möglich, jedoch hatte ich das Gefühl, dass es nicht gerne gesehn wurde. Könnte sich mittlerweile geändert haben.

Zusammen könnte man mehr schaffen, leider suchen die langjährigen Mitarbeiter immer einen Sündenbock… eigene Fehler werden vertuscht…

Kommunikation zwischen den Abteilungen und manche alten Zöpfe einfach abschneiden… macht vieles einfacher
