What I like most is how international the company is. Working alongside colleagues from all over the world makes you feel welcome no matter where you're from, and having English as the working language keeps communication simple for everyone.
From my perspective I can say that there are plenty of positions for working students or internships, but fewer opportunities to transition into full-time roles
Benefits only applicable for contracts longer than 6 months
The team is definitely one of the highlights of working at Greenlyte. Not only are there incredibly smart and motivated people to learn from, but also a very welcoming company culture and an international team. Hierarchies are flat and management is very approachable and supportive of the employees, overall great working environment
Official hours are respected, over-hours are not very common, depending on the team and phase
