Wenn man motiviert ist und seine Arbeit macht, hat man sehr viele Freiheiten. Es wird IMMER auf die persönlichen Umstände eingegangen.
Collegiality
Wenn Kollegen zu Freunden werden. Habe mich von der ersten Sekunde an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Pizza-Freitage sind das Highlight der Woche.

TOP! Gegenseitiges Vertrauen und wertschätzender Umgang. Der Vorgesetzte nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für den Einzelnen. Vor allem neue Mitarbeiter bekommen eine intensive Betreuung und Einarbeitung. Das ist viel Wert.

Da es ein kleines Team ist sind die Wege sehr kurz. Es wird immer, zu jedem Zeitpunkt, offen kommuniziert und die konstruktiven Feedbacks der Kollegen und vom Vorgesetzten sind eine absolute Bereicherung für die persönliche und berufliche Entwicklung
Interesting tasks
Kein Tag ist wie der andere. Die Arbeit mit Menschen bringt die interessantesten Geschichten mit sich. Aber man muss es mögen.

-gemeinsamer Pizzafreitag
-schöne Lage (direkt am Park)
-einzigartige Räumlichkeiten (Industriellen-Villa)
Dies sind nur einige wenige Punkte, die die Unternehmenskultur von grinnberg beschreiben. Durch den direkten Kontakt mit den Entscheidungsträgern besteht ein permanenter Austausch an Wissen.
